Eurest Catering Services

is pleased to provide catering services designed for your needs at Johnson & Johnson. This brochure will serve as a guide to assist you in making your choices. If there are special arrangements that need to be made outside of the information listed in this brochure, call our management team here to assemble a custom catered event that meets your needs. It is our goal to make your job as easy as possible and to meet and exceed your expectations.

Food-Allergic Individuals

Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, and tree nut products, and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facility. Please direct any questions to the manager prior to placing orders.

Reservations

We ask that all reservations be placed as early as possible. We understand that impromptu requests are sometimes necessary, and we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or will be subject to charge.

Hot Food Requests

Please note, due to EHS open flame policies, sterno will only be provided to the following conference rooms: C1016, C1096, C1011 (LSR), C1023, C1030, C1031, C1032, C1037, café annex, and the board room.

Change Requests/ Cancellations

When requesting a change or cancellation, you must select the "Change Request" link contained in the new order email you received when the order was initially submitted. You can also request a change or cancellation by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Orders". Please note that replying directly to the new order email will result in an deliverable email and will not be received by the catering department.

Payment

The payment method selected during Step-4 of the checkout process will be charged within twenty-four (24) hours of the event date. To update the payment method associated with an order, please select the "Request Changes" link or contact the catering department directly at (609) 730-2335.
